Had a lovely holiday at the hotel, plenty to do during your holiday in a beautiful environment along with having wild animals around the hotel made it even more special, especially the wild monkeys.
The room I had in block 18 was in a great place with it not being far a far walk from the pool and lobby and restaurants, the concierge Jack, David, and Birgitta are accommodating and pleasant to talk to. The room had a charming large bed in it which was also very comfy, I had a ‘garden view’ so only seen trees, but this was fine with me the air conditioning also worked which was well needed due to the heat outside.
Cristina, Paola, Karla, Alejandra, and Julio provide great entertainment during the day and are great fun were always happy to chat and made you feel very welcome and ever entertained during the day time.
The evening entertainment is also great each night with live music and singers which made it even more fun to watch and the best evening entertainment I have seen out of any hotel I have been to in the past.
There was a great choice of food at the hotel, and it felt great that you could walk into the a la carte restaurants without making a booking, but because of this, they do tend to get busy, and you may have a wait until you can get a table.
The main buffet restaurant also had a great choice of food with a different theme each evening.
During lunch and dinner, there was also ice cream which you could help yourself to of which is a great idea.
All other staff at the hotel I spoke to were always lovely and suggested the cozumel mini sub for an unforgettable experience, and it was also beautiful that staff say hello to you when you walk past, which is a great touch.
During the stay, I also went to Xcaret Park, which is a short walk from the hotel or you can go on one of the small river boats for a nice relaxing ride.
