I went to have lunch with my Parents at one of the Hotels Restaurants, “La Cocina.” The service was fantastic since we got there. However, Yusif our waiter was AMAZING. So polite and helpful. He even gave us great local tips. The food is excellent, but Yusif mad our experience better! Thank you!
My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights, and we can only say positive things about this magical place. We loved the view from our room the service provided by everyone we encounter in particular surprised by Juan from the club lounge, which was extremely helpful, kind, and always happy to assist.
Housekeeping did a phenomenal job with keeping our room cleaned, organized, and replenish all of the amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be back and recommend this beautiful property to everyone we know.
We had an excellent experience staying at the Grand Hyatt in PDC. The staff was amicable and helpful with their cozumel snuba recommendations. My wife and I tried both restaurants in the hotel, and they both provided quality foods with great taste! We also enjoyed time in the pools overlooking the sea and short walks to 5th Avenue to visit shops and restaurants. Overall, the hotel itself was beautiful and provided excellent service!
This is our third time staying at this property. We were, once again, treated wonderfully, and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The service at the pool was fantastic, and the overall function of the team was great as well.
Marco and the rest of the bar staff were so friendly and treated us like VIPs. Mitzi told us at the beginning of our trip that she would be our liaison, and she came through with flying colors. She checked on us throughout our eight days there and really made sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. Everyone you walk by there greets you with a SINCERE hello and a smile. Well kept, safe, and great pool. The resort is on the beach, has excellent restaurants and food options. But also close to other shopping and restaurants if you want to leave the resort and experience the nightlife. We’ll go back here.
