The very unique resort as accommodations are villas, really makes you feel it’s home away from home. The staff is all so warm and attentive. The food is so yummy delicious, especially at Saffron, their Thai restaurant. Everyone has to experience the Rainforest treatment and Balinese massage, which really invigorates the body.
This is our second visit to Banyan Tree, and it’s my favorite place, before check in the communication and accommodation is above and beyond. Once you arrive you are treated like royalty, we had drinks and snacks and met the managers and hosts.
We were celebrating a couple of things, and that didn’t go unnoticed by the kindness and generosity of the staff; the room, pool, and views are literally heaven, being outside and hearing the birds, and relaxing under the trees makes you feel very peaceful. We will book the cozumel sightseeing tours recommended by the staff. The on-site restaurants are absolutely delicious. The staff here is top notch, and my only complaint is I have to leave. We will be back, thank you!
The service outstanding, you get what you pay. Staff is always anticipating to your needs and making you feel welcome at any time. Buffet breakfast is excellent, and in overall food quality and service is excellent. Beverages at the beach are overpriced, they could offer more giant-sized drinks for those prices. Overall it is one of the best hotels where we have stayed in Mexico.
Great overall experience. Top hotel, I went on a business trip and felt I wasn’t able to enjoy all of its amenities. I would say it is an excellent hotel for a romantic getaway. I will definitely return with my wife shortly.
We look forward to returning soon. We recommend getting the beachfront Villa. Excellent service and facilities. The people working there are all very attentive. They genuinely care about their guest’s experience.
We Loved here, the eco boat tour, having the bikes available 24hs, but the best was the privacy we had in our Villa, with a pool just for ourselves. The hotel, in general, is fantastic, friendly staff and great food options!
